SALON ETIQUETTE

We have a strict no smoking policy within the salon.
Out of consideration for other clients we have a strict policy on mobile phones being switched off or on silent mode, during your appointment.
Children may only attend the salon if under strict supervision of an adult. A charge will be made for all breakages and damage to property and stationery. As a courtesy to other clients, children will be asked to leave if they break the relaxed atmosphere of the salon. Due to client relaxation and fire regulations only one person may attend with a salon guest.
Guests are requested not to bring large amounts of friends into the salon to wait whilst having a treatment.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to another client. Clients who abuse this policy will be charged a cancellation fee of 50 % also will be asked to pay by credit card when booking future appointments.
Clients with three no-show appointments within a one year period must pay with a credit card at the time of booking.
A cancellation within one hour of the scheduled appointment, or an appointment cancelled after the scheduled time of the appointment will be considered a no show, full payment may be asked to be paid . 

New clients……

We ask all new colour clients to come for a free consultation. We ask for £50.00 deposit that will be taken off your service . You shall be skin tested at this visit .

PRICING POLICY

We reserve the right to modify service prices without advance notice.

CLOTHING POLICY

To protect your clothing, we encourage all clients to wear a protective gown while receiving chemical treatments. Gowns are made available for your convenience. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Complimentary consultations for all our services are available by appointment.
Complimentary fringe trims are available for our regular clients.
Fill your loyalty card and receive a free blow wave.

Please advise your stylist if,

You are moving house.
You are or suspect you are pregnant.
Taking any form of medication.
You are taking herbal or homeopathic remedies.
Suffer from allergies.
You are undergoing any medical treatment, or supervision.

All of the above can effect your technical result.

You require a skin test 48 hours prior to any colour service.
