I was offered a technical consultants role with the team.
Timing for myself ,family and the salons needs is great.
learning new techniques and passing them on first to my team and clients then on to other salons educating them and growing the business is so rewarding .
I truly believe investing in education grows your business and is a real strength to keeping a strong team.
